  This is the worst eye care center I have ever been to. I never write reviews, but this place is so terrible that I just must... The doctor there is extremely rude. I told them I couldn't see through the glasses they gave me, they told me I was lying and was trying to get free glasses. I am over six hundred dollars! I need the right prescription. She refused to help me. DO NOT GO TO THIS EYE CENTER!!!

  I have used them for 3 years now and honestly don't have a single complaint. This last visit was the first year after moving to Decatur (about 40 mile trip). I have a new private physician and new dentist, but I really wanted to keep this eye doctor for a little longer. The receptionists have always been helpful and understanding when I discuss insurance and budgeting and Dr. Sivan is such a kind and efficient doctor. I really wish they were closer, but I think they are worth the trip if you can get up to Forsyth county.

  I recently had an eye exam with Dr.Sivan, very long overdue exam and from the very second I walked in the door I was treated with an amazing amount of respect and really felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was VERY helpful with picking out glasses that would suit me best and the Doctor answered all of my questions happily. She was very nice and professional. I've already recommended this practice to several friends of mine. Oh and I just loved the atmosphere and style of the office too!!!

  I'm sure the eye doctor is great but I called the office asking if they had any openings for today and the receptionist let out a big sigh like I was bothering her. She goes "new patient too?!?" and I told her yes. She tells me that she doesn't, so I go to look at my schedule and I'm mid sentence asking her if a certain time would work and she cuts me off and says "9:45 OCTOBER 16TH NEXT MONDAY??" Okay, she wasn't shouting but her tone was like she was annoyed and pissy. I told her not to cut me off, and she claimed she was sorry. Too little too late. Get a receptionist that has a bit more patience and a friendly attitude.
