  The first time I went here was an appointment for my daughter. When we showed up they claimed they didn't have my daughter scheduled but could fit her in a half hour later. Ok fine. Mistakes happen, so we stuck around and the staff seemed nice enough. My second visit to the office was for myself. The dentist recommended a couple thousand dollars worth of work that my insurance wouldn't cover which included: pulling a baby tooth and replacing with an implant, a special cleaning, redoing a filling and filling for multiple cavities. I left frustrated and went to get a second opinion because I felt the dentist was pushing things that weren't necessary. They would not release the x rays they took because my insurance didn't cover it. They should have been able to check my insurance prior to taking the full panel of x rays and at least informed me it wouldn't be covered because my insurance only allows them every other year. Instead I got stuck paying for them so I could get copies to take to another dentist. I was beyond frustrated with them and could not be happier that I went to get a second opinion! Apparently I had no cavities, they found no need to pull my baby tooth and replace it, and rather than paying for a special cleaning they recommended doing two regular cleanings within 6 weeks of each other. Stay far away from this place unless you want to be taken advantage of!
